Since launching Stateside in 2023, TikTok Shop has helped propel a number of emerging brands not just to the top of its own sales charts, but onto the radars of other retailers as well.
Sacheu Beauty is one such example. Its viral peel-off lip stain lip liners gained traction on TikTok Shop and entered Ulta Beauty stores in 2023. Medicube was similarly snapped up by Ulta and, more recently, Target, after becoming a skin care sensation on the platform. And in 2024, hairstylist Sarah Potempa’s The Beachwaver Co. returned to Target shelves — where it once sold but retreated from pre-pandemic — after surpassing 1 million products sold on TikTok Shop.
Now as more brands and retailers embrace TikTok Shop — with Sephora being the latest to ink a deal with the social commerce e-tailer — what could the platform’s next wave of breakout brands look like?
Data from Charm.io paints a diverse picture.
According to the commerce intelligence platform, the top 10 beauty brands by growth in monthly TikTok Shop revenue from January to August 2026 are mostly lesser-known names, but ones that have quickly risen to six- and in some cases seven-figure monthly sales status on the platform.
For instance: Crowned Skin, a men’s body care brand launched by Darrell Spencer in 2024 whose TikTok Shop sales rose from roughly $485,000 in monthly revenue in January to $701,000 in revenue in August. This momentum came in tandem with the brand’s June appearance on “Shark Tank,” which earned Spencer a $500,000 investment from Rashaun Williams.
In total, Crowned has done $5.3 million in TikTok Shop sales this year, growing 45 percent during the period.
The number-one brand by growth this year is Phofay Skin Care, which is best known for a roughly $17 hair-removal cream that has sold more than 392,000 total units on TikTok Shop. The trademark for Phofay was registered in 2024 by a China-based company called Hangzhou Jingshen Trade Co. Ltd., and the brand’s TikTok Shop business has boomed from just $96,000 in sales in January to more than $1 million in revenue in August alone.
Other fast-growing players include Curvlife, which offers unique press-on nail sets generally priced under $15 for a set and is doing roughly $850,000 a month in sales, and several Chinese-owned lash cluster brands including Keyyou and Maxcomfi, both of which exceeded $700,000 in revenue in August.
“Product videos with the hashtag #lashclusters have generated 2.8 billion views on TikTok Shop U.S. from January through August 2026,” said Alex Nisenzon, chief executive officer of Charm.io. “When looking at some of the fastest-growing indie beauty brands on TikTok Shop right now, we see how well they align with trends and leverage authentic creator content to drive awareness and engagement.”
